As I'm sure many can relate, the todo list around the house seems never ending and forever growing. At top of our list this fall, was staining and sealing our 60' fence before old man winter wakes. Short on time, I found a recommendation for Hometown Deck & Fence Restoration via the Nextdoor social network. The owner Andrew was my first call for an exploratory quote. His promptness, clarity, and personable nature meant it was my final call as well, he was hired on the spot. Andrew got to work within a week, and his character qualities translated to his work. He was careful, clean and courteous, and finished the fence within a day. It turned out awesome. We are very happy with the result and our todo list is one item shorter, until next month!

The need: A wooden railing surrounding the top of our detached 2 car garage.
Size: ~ 24' x 24'.
Our four goals: Safety, stability, durability and style. In addition, I had a few requests for Andrew and his team that I thought would make for a better railing that suited our family's needs.
Outcome: Andrew and his team nailed it! They worked with us to keep the price where we needed it, made suggestions that were beneficial to us before we recognized it and honored all of our requests.
Memorable story: Of the many requests, one of them that stood out to me the most was our asking of Andrew and the team to position the first foot board high enough that water will flow off but low enough a tennis ball wouldn't fall through. With a 1 year old and a Border Collie this was critical to life on top of the garage patio. Once again, they nailed it!
